Refund Policy

Cosmetic Treatments and Cosmetic Products

There are no refunds for any cosmetic treatments or products, with one exception. If a cosmetic product is damaged or expired you must submit your receipt with the product and we will refund the full amount or we can exchange it for the same product that is in an acceptable condition.

 

Cash Refunds

Cash refunds will only be given with a valid receipt showing the original form of payment for purchase as cash.

 

Credit Card Refunds

All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that merchandise or cosmetic packages were purchased on. In the event there is no receipt showing credit card used or credit card is not available, Bay Dermatology Centre will issue a store credit.

 

Cheque Refunds

All cheque purchases will be refunded 14 days after the original cheque has cleared; cheque refunds will be done in the form of a cheque mailed from our Bay Dermatology Centre.

 

Store Credit

Store credits are issued in the form of a Bay Dermatology Gift Certificate which can be used at the customer’s convenience.
